“Cooking-Creating meals is therapeutic for me. Outdoors-Being able to explore nature and see many sights as a way to take my mind off of daily stressors I’m facing. I have a huge love for animals so being able to see them in their natural habitats is always a great experience for me. Exercise-my personal health is of great importance to me. Working out and increasing my muscle mass or cutting down with exercise and my own food preparations act as a secondary goal in my life besides my professional ones.”
