Welcome New Residents!

Center for Family Medicine is excited to announce the newest class of resident doctors joining us this month! This team of 11 will be seeing patients at CFM for the next three years. Our program is designed for these residents to make an impact on their community, gaining medical experience and preparing them for family medical practice or a similar career. Residency allows these doctors to integrate into our community not only as health care practitioners but also as community members, learning what Sioux Falls has to offer as a home for three years, and maybe longer in the future. Learn more about these residents and what their three-year curriculum has in store for them by visiting the Sioux Falls residency website.

The Sioux Falls Residency’s mission statement encompasses the heart of the program:

“Our mission is to train allopathic and osteopathic Family Medicine – emphasizing excellence in evidence-based medicine, patient care, and community service – in preparation for practice in South Dakota and other areas of the rural upper Midwest.”
